2. Purpose

To systematically identify, assess, and mitigate health, safety, and operational risks associated with diverse Defense & Military operations. This includes ensuring the wellbeing of all personnel involved in cybersecurity, peacekeeping, and drone/missile defense; maintaining operational readiness; and protecting critical assets against all identified threats to minimise potential harm and uphold national security directives.

3. Scope

This risk assessment covers all personnel, equipment, procedures, and systems involved in the following activities at the designated operational areas:

      Activity 1: Cybersecurity and Cyber Defence Operations

      Activity 2: Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Operations

      Activity 3: Defense from Drone Attacks and Missiles

It encompasses hazard identification, risk evaluation, and the implementation of robust control measures across all operational phases, ensuring compliance with applicable national and international safety standards and military protocols.

4. Legislative & Regulatory Context
